If you have many blocks in your site, managing the block access may become a tedious job. When creating a new block by default NO membergroup is checked for access when creating a new block. It is easy to forget to grant access to membergroups for a block.

In order to review and update block access for all blocks a special page is available to admins to manage the blocks access for all blocks together.

To access this page, go to "TinyPortal > Panels and Blocks". Then in the TP Admin menu choose the option "Block access"



In this page all blocks available in your forum are listed, ordered by panel.
For each block the membergroups are listed that have access to the block. They can be selected and deselected per block.

Hitting the [ Save ]  button at the bottom of the page will save all changes.
