Step 1: Click on TPAdmin
Step 2: Click on Edit Blocks
Step 3: Choose which set of blocks you want to add a new block, and click Add Block for that section.
Step 4: Select type of block to add (for what you want, html or scriptbox will work)
Step 5: Insert the code for what you want displayed in the block (html code, javascript, etc...)
Step 6: Save this block
Step 7: Activate this block by clicking on the little green circle on Edit Blocks screen.

From the Edit Blocks screen, you can also set the order in which the blocks appear in each section. You will notice that the default order is done in increments of 10. Even if you change a block's POS (position) number to something other than a multiple of ten, when you hit the send button, it will renumber them to be multiples of 10.
