problem in instullation

i have installed a fresh SMF 1.1 RC2 forum and i wanted to install the TP on it

but when running the install file i get these errors:

That seems to me like you have problems with the connection to your database.
I think you have to contact your host about that and ask them for support on this.

Its having issues connecting to your MySQL server obviously. The problem with that is that there's not much help we can give as it seems to be a host issue. Are you doing the manual install or through the package manager?

Wat you can check is the settings.php file in your forum root, does the connection info show the correct paths there?

Logg in to your domain through FTP where you have all the forum files, then in the forum root you have settings.php

Yes it's there, but is the code IN the file correct ? Does the url strings match the setup you have ?
