The file you posted does not have any setup done yet.  It is the default settings.php file.  You need to edit that file, and put in the configuration matching your site.

Example:
$mbname = 'My Community';      # The name of your forum.
Change My Community to what you want your forum's name to be

$boardurl = 'http://127.0.0.1/smf';      # URL to your forum's folder. (without the trailing /!)
Change http://127.0.0.1/smf to the URL of your website (http://ww.bestuaehost.com/forum for example)

$db_server = 'localhost';
If your MySQL server's name is not localhost, then change it to what your MySQL Server's name is

$db_name = 'smf';
Change smf to what your database name actually is.

$db_user = 'root';
Change root to your real database user name

$db_passwd = '';
put in your database user's password between the single quotes

That is the minimum you will need to do.

If you are unsure what you should write in there, you can browse to simplemachines.org. there you browse to the downloadsection, then to tools
Download the repair_settings.php and upload that file to your forum root folder (same place as the settings.php file)
Then point your browser to that file
EG: http://yourdomain.com/forum/repair_settings.php

That file will open a window with your correct urls and how they should look like to function correct.
If the lines are correct, click the button to the right all the way down on the page, and it will update your settings.php and set the correct values automaticly for you :)

I have changed every thing that can fit my site but i get a new error:

Quote
Template Parse Error!
It seems something has gone sour on the forum with the template system. This problem should only be temporary, so please come back later and try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact the administrator.

You can also try refreshing this page.

Thx alot

Please read the Documentation about how to manage things with install and changes to the forum.
Bot here and on SMF forums, is pointed out in about 500 threads and more, that ALL changes have to be done FROM and IN the SMF DEFAULT theme.

No wonder you get errors all over, Set your forum to SMF default theme, and start over from point one in this thread or read the other support threads in this "installation" forum.

There is no use for us to spend hours in supporting when you havent even read the basics on how to manage the forum and mods installations.

Always read the forum/mod documentation
Always have the forum set to SMF default theme
Always make backups of everything before any changes are made

Those 3 rules could have saved MANY forums and setups if the documentations had been read before the changes of your forum and portal.

Now this was not just for you, but for every one that read this post in this thread ;)

QuoteYour account has been created.
You can access your Web site right away using d2010045.u84.mygisol.com. Over the next few days, DNS servers all across the Internet will
update themselves with your new site name. Once that happens, you will be able to access your site at its permanent address, bestuaehost.com.

Perhaps the statment from the host you are using are the reason that you cant do all that much on your forum right now ??

To get to Default theme typ in the adress in the browser

http://www.yourdomain.com/smf/index.php?theme=1

cute_man

Download the same version of SMF you are using from SMF forums, then exreact the package and upload template files for the default theme, that should get the default theme back
