Articles and Categories question

I'm still looking and comparing between your Admin panel and mine. They look the same except for themes.

I'm going to change the site to the Default Theme and try again.

Unfortunately, I have the same results as you. Unable to assign Articles to Categories. Unless I'm missing something really obvious, unlikely, but ya never know. When I edit or create an Article on my site, I have all the Categories in the drop menu and can assign to any of them. None of your created Categories get listed.

The Manual Install Guide can be used to compare between your site and whats in the guide.


I can't think of any reason why it doesn't work, other than a fault.

What's odd is that when I installed TP it said "Successfully Installed". I would have thought an error would have been generated at this stage?

Perhaps somebody who worked on writing the TP mod could assist further?

I'll mention it in the Team boards. TP may have stated that it installed correctly.. I'd still like you to run through the guide because I can't from here.

I think I'll await their thoughts on this before I attempt to re-install manually as it's all a bit too confusing for me!

I'm not asking you to re-install, I'm asking you to compare the guide to the files that are edited by TP on your site.

ps - I've just gone back onto the site and noticed that this previous problem I had is now affecting the newly installed theme.

Help - front page blocks vanished!

So perhaps there is a problem of some sort.

I had a quick word with G6, she thinks that there was a bug that affected old articles and categories, but, I created a new article and new category and still no luck.

I switched to the Default them, and then changed it back to Musiconica. Let me log out again as I logged back in to check something.
