Custom Page Mod!

I've asked about this before and can't seem to get what I'm looking for, so here I go again.  I am asking for a dynamic custom page to made for smf that allows the owner to add pages at will.  I have attached the XMBXtreme Custom Page Mod as an example.  If anyone cares to look at my sites, they will see what I am talking about.   This custom page mod integrates seamlessly, as you cannot tell that it is a mod.  Can't something like this be done for smf as well?
