Afaik you can be "unverified" at Paypal and not attach a credit card to the account. If you have that, and want to donate - but get the credit card require screen when using the button here on this site, try direct sending. The account is "bloc@tinyportal.co.uk".

I do also have a Moneybooker account, but not sure if anyone use that (i use it only for Artichost sake )

I don't know what the laws are in Norway, but in the UK the laws are not too complicated for having a Merchant account for CC payments via websites. However, the banks normally ask for deposits, advance fees, company registration, etc. So it would cost too much to set up for a site like this.

A possible alternative for anyone looking for one could be SMS text bill for donations. I dont know how good they are, but I did find this site.
