That is only visible to those that have the permissions to use it. I know that doesn't answer your question, but most of your user's will not see those options unless you give it to them in the settings.

Oh I have got what you mean! Let me do what you said then I will try it on my 'TEST' (normal user) account to see if it appears on it or not.
