I'd have to go for e107. It's basically a cms but does have a capable forum and it's free. ;)

TP will not die.

If SMF dies, then converters will be made, proabably NOT to paid ones like IPB. However, the project at smf-friends.org looks like the key. If SMF suvives, then i will work with both I reckon.

Maybe not but we all know what will happens with TP1.0 for SMF 2.0 right? delay  :-\

I don't see a reason for delay.  Bloc has said elsewhere that the beta 5 version of TP is working quite fine on this site.

I see it works quite good on this site ;) I rather meant to say releasing in near future stable version could be kinda delayed if SMF 2 will be delayed also.

Not meaning to apply pressure, just saying if it is working good with smf2beta2 and there isn't expected to be much progress with smf2beta2 for the foreseeable future why not release TP 1.0 beta 5?  To me it only makes common sense but then again I assure myself that Bloc and the team know what is best and now I best hush up before I get a smack upside the head. :)

TP 1.0 beta 5 is not ready for release yet. You shouldn't release something until the bugs are fixed.

Indeed, because of complaints etc....I could just imagine the bug tracker :o

It would be interesting to know the percentage of completion at the moment.

maybe 50%?

IchBin

By my guestimate, I'd say above 90% complete.
