    ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php    Failed.

But everyything else passed. Why? Help?

IchBin

Probably because you installed a mod that changed the code that TP is looking for. If its changed when another mod (like TP) looks for it, you'll get the message failed.

You'll need to add the edits to that file manually. You can see the changes TP makes to the files here.

I dont know how to do this, so, very sadly, I deleted the mod. But it is still my homepage. I hate to be a burden, but can someone please make the changes so it will work for me? Ill give you a $25 gift card code to best buy. Please?

You should be able to continue the installation and then follow these instructions. Of course, MAKE A BACKUP of your files and database before you do anything.

Open file:
Sources/ManagePermissions.php

<search for>
)
),
'board' => array(
</search for>

<add before>
),
// TinyPortal
'tinyportal' => array(
'tp_settings' => false,
'tp_blocks' => false,
'tp_articles' => false,
),
'tinyportal_dl' => array(
'tp_dlmanager' => false,
'tp_dlupload' => false,
),
'tinyportal_link' => array(
'tp_linkmanager' => false,
),
'tinyportal_gallery' => array(
'tp_gallery' => false,
),
'tinyportal_team' => array(
'tp_teampage' => false,
</add before>

Save and close the file and you should be done.

I don't have access to the files being at school. You need to open the file from your ftp.

Hey Ich if he can attach his ManagePermissions.php to a post I will try to edit it for him.

Ever - your ManagePermissions.php file is in the forum's Sources folder. Download it to your hard drive thru ftp and attach it here to a post.

You need to log into your cpanel

Are you looking for the "public_html" folder.  That folder is the "root" for your forum.  After you found that you will look for the "Sources" folder.

Its should look like this ------> / public_html / Sources /

You cannot download any files in the forum Admin Panel.  You will need your "cpanel" for to download that file for pvcblue can try to edit that file for you.
