Added Menu

[Lesmond]

Add your own menu under the existing one, this will match in with almost any theme, use a center script block and set it to "Do not use title/frame"
dont forget to set the center block position to 0 (top), and you can have up to 8 links

Code Select Expand

<table style="border-collapse: collapse">
<tr>
<td class="maintab_back" width="48%">&nbsp;</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.your-url.com/smf/index.php">link name</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">

Hey Lesmond..     I am using your code but getting an error..   Do you know what it could be?

Here is the code I'm using.

<table style="border-collapse: collapse">
   <tr>
<td class="maintab_back" width="48%"> </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               DaddyPlace Store
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Daddyplace Blogs
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
                Archived Articles
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Daddyplace Email
            </td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Photogallery
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Custom Pages
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               About Us
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" width="48%"> </td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Guests Area
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Downloads
            </td>
            <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
               Daddyplace Constitution
            </td>
         </tr>
         </table>

and here is the error I'm getting where the menu should appear

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/.mariska/keith021773/daddyplace.com/Sources/Load.php(1753) : eval()'d code(36) : eval()'d code on line 1

any help would be appreciated.

[soMzE]

Did you put the code in a scriptbox?

[Lesmond]

I have had a look and the only thing I can see is you have one bit of code different, I have changed it for you, and yes it needs to be in script block

Also I find it works best with just upto 8 items

Code Select Expand

<table style="border-collapse: collapse">
<tr>
                <td class="maintab_back" width="48%"> </td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.cafepress.com/daddyplace">DaddyPlace Store</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/blog/=">Daddyplace Blogs</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?cat=123"> Archived Articles</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://webmail.daddyplace.com/src/login.php">Daddyplace Email</a>
</td>
                <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?action=gallery">Photogallery</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?page=8=">Custom Pages</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?page=6">About Us</a>
</td>
               <td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?board=36.0">Guests Area</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=0=">Downloads</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" nowrap="nowrap" valign="top">
<a href="http://www.daddyplace.com/index.php?page=12">Daddyplace Constitution</a>
</td>
<td class="maintab_back" width="48%"> </td>
</tr>
</table>

[keith021773]

That worked..    And the fact that I'm not too smart on this stuff.   LOL   I had it in a PHPbox, not a scriptbox..   I moved it and it worked.   Thanks all.   I appreciate all you do for us..

[Lesmond]
