recent post box "title" on a href

I miss it sorry, I wrote it many times ago, and I saw that tp still doesn't have full title on small tooltip on recent box on mouse over.

isn't a real feature request but I think it is usefull, many times we read partial titles, it would be useful to add the full title on mouseover.

isn't it?
