Hey,

Can anyone tell me how to make the moderates edit area  have the bbcode buttons. (talking about when you click edit on the blocks, only a text editor shows up,  I want it to have BBCODES)  Sortof like the admin area but without all the permission options.

I have tried to find the bbcode editor in the code but I can't seem to locate it or the moderater area.

Thanks in advance,
Austin

I am trying to get the editor you see when you click the little blue in the corner of a block to have the bbcode editor.....the bbcode is there in admin but not moderater

IchBin

You can only have the BBC editor on BBC blocks. I can't see what type of blocks you are creating so, I don't know what to tell you.

Do you have the editor turned on in your TP settings page? Do you see an editor on the html/javascript blocks?

No I do not see and editor for the html or bbcode blocks, just a text area.....the big center block is a BBCODE and the Comm. Tools on the right is a HTML Block.... You said something about a setting to turn it on, where would that be at?

I was just reading documentation here: http://docs.tinyportal.co.uk/index.php/topic,39.html

And I don't have any of these options on my tinyprotal.   Where can I find these?

I have v1.0 Beta4

You must have these options, if not, you have a very faulty installation of TP-

If you read these docs again, you will see the path where they should be located, make sure you are in the right place and also, check the tabs options ( settings )

here I attached an image of what I see.

frcaechsn,

Look for "Use the WYSIWYG editor?" under TinyPortal --> Articles and Categories.  Turn it on.
