Do you see the tabs ( links ) on your screenshot. One say ( the highlighted one on your screenshot ) Frontpage and to the right of that "button" you have ( Settings )

Click on that tab ( button )

thats where the image is at.....Admin --> Tiny Portal --> Settings and Front page ---> Settings

Go to Admin --> Articles and Categories --> Settings to set your WYSIWYG editor

If you're setting is turned on in TinyPortal, you also have a profile option you can check. Add to your URL this part:
index.php?action=profile;u=3;sa=tp_articles;settings

alright, my problem is not with articles....the editor works fine in those its when I try to edit blocks......

I have looked at a HTML/Javascript block, and also a BBC block. I have no problem seeing the editor on your site. See attached screenshots.

I know, you are in admin....not moderator....it works fine for admins not moderators that only have permissions to edit a few blocks.

Ah ok. I changed the member group on my account and I see the same thing. I'm not sure if that is intended or not. Either way, I think it's a bug so I'll open a bug report for Bloc.
