Possible to include the shoutbox on a external page?

Hi , Im just wondering is it possible to have the shoutbox on a page that isnt on the forum? , Maybe through a include or a iframe? i had a look through the TPBlocks.template at the shoutbox code but didnt see anything that looked as if it would help.

You can only show the shoutbox with in your SMF forum and portal system, not to an external page or site what i know of
