Do you have other Mods installed? No - it is fresh install of smf+tp
Do you use another CMS? (Joomla or Mambo?) no
If yes, which one?
Is this a test site? yes - until all problems solved - then it will become main (production) site

Have you checked your cookie settings as the error message say ?

Clear your cache, clear your temp internet files, and clear your cookies from your browser, and then try again.
And you have to use a browser that allows cookies.

yes - thank you - it solved now

I did check cookies settings before posting - I have it enabled
But i could log in only after deleting all cookies
What the cause of this problem? How can i prevent it from happening?
I am using cookies from other sites and prefer not to delete them often

Not much you can do other than delete the cookie when you have those problems. Of course, if you're using a nice browser like Firefox then you can go in and delete each cookie individually instead of having to delete them all.
