TinyPortal v0.7.4 Manual Install

OK, I've renamed the TP files but not as above, when I looked at the tables list in phpMyAdmin I realised that you cannot use exactly the same table prefixes. SMF has a settings table and so does TP. So I added my prefix to the TP prefix. They are now sgrportal_ and sgrportal_tportal_ so that there is no problem with the settings tables. I've also changed the prefix in the three source files, reloaded them  and reloaded the modified index file and Robert is your mothers brother  I have TP in RC1

Maybe it is just being shy because it is a virgin forum. It is there, I only got it installed this morning and I haven't done anything to it yet.

Make sure you are using a theme that supports TinyPortal. In order for you to see the TP addition to your site you will need to install a TP theme.

I'm not sure what it is about my setup, but now everytime I try to install TP on my main site it does not upload the files right. 0 kb's on all of the tp files....
I did a little testing of my own on the test servers that I setup for you Bloc. It appears to work perfectly fine on SMF 1.0.5 stable, and SMF beta 1.3. So I changed the beta 1.3 server to SMF 1.1 RC1. Went to intall it on the board and thats when I had the same problem as before. Seems it only affects RC1 for me.
