Password and username error!

I keep having this error trying to get into my admin
Logout session failed.
Also on TP
I edited my email wrong and it wont let me change it back! my old username brianwids

The site has "require reactivation on email change" which means that SMF just sent a new activation request to whatever email address you put in.

As for your own site, try deleting your cookies from your web browser, and cached files.

Sorry it didnt work! My problem is the following

I went into my profile on brianwids changed my email to an email that doesnt exist on accident and now it wont let me change it because it has activation!!! So when I delete everything it still says you need to activate your account and its emailing it to that email i put. Please help me!

Well, first off, my suggestion had nothing to do with your email situation.  It had to do with your Logout Session failed error message.  Have you gotten past that error?

Second, as for your email situation, perhaps an Admin can help you out with that.  However, if your new account has the email address you wish to use, then he will need to delete your new account and reassign your email address to the old account.  Is that what you are looking for?

Ok, here is the whole...story:

I went into my account brianwids...I changed my email but I typed it in wrong, now it wants me to activate it and wont let me get into it when I try to login. Can an admin fix this? i hope soon
