Why Doesn't TinyPortal Support Folders for the Download Manager?
I have all my downloads already in 1 location. I created a symlink in the tp-downloads but that doesn't work.. Neither does just adding a normal folder.

Would I have to make the tp-downloads folder a symlink to my downloads folder? because it has folders in it itself.. ugh..

The downloads you can make as much folders and place your content in as you like.
But in "real" they are just "viritual" file holders for your downloads, All downloads uses the same location on the server for the files you upload to the downloads. Even if you make download categories or subfolders, All the files will still be uploaded to the tp-downloads dir cause it's made that way

Sorry for the late reply. Got Kinda Busy..

Is there a way I can add support for Sub Directories in TP?

I got a subdomain that has downloads setup on it and all ogranized nicely in folders.

So I created a symbolic link to that folder so I could get downloads from it. but Since it doesn't support sub directories I can't.

This would be a nice feature and keep peoples folders all cleaned up..

The reason its one folder is the same as SMF attachements folder - it allows the downloads to be protected with a htaccess file. Whats missing is encrypting the files, but that will probably also be added.
