Cat Delete and Article Preview

When I go to..
http://mysite.com/home/index.php/action,tpadmin/sa,categories.htm
I see the Categories for my Articles..

If I try to delete one I get this error..
You are not allowed in this section.

I am the Admin and can't be restricted.. Why Am I restricted

Also If I try to preview a Article I have not set as running I can not view it..

The article isn't active, hasn't been approved yet, or simply does not exist.

This is a bug thats been reported, and fixed in the update pack for Tp V.095 that will be released when it's ready

Well, i think the answer is pretty clear on that question though, but anyway
When you have set an article to NOT being active, it's simply taken offline, If you want to have the article "hidden" and avaliable, Create a new category, call it EG "Archived Articles", place the article in that category, make sure it's not set to show on frontpage and then activate it.
Check the little glass with your mouse to see what page number the article got and thats your link for it.
