Upgrading to v0.9.5

[Avinash]

I was wondering if I upgrade from 0.8.6 to 0.9.5 on SMF 1.1RC2 if it would damage anything on my site. By this, I mean plugins, karma blocks etc. Would the arcade still work? What about themes designed for 0.8.6?

I think you need to look around. These questions have been asked many times. TinyPortal only touches TinyPortal files when it installs or upgrades. It should not touch any of the other mods files.

In other words, yes, its fine, but take a file and database backup just in case
