SMF on my PC

Is there a way to install and run SMF & TP on my PC.
I'd like them to run without connecting to the internet.

Is that possible ?

This would be really helpful for testing Themes.

it just runs on ur pc

phpmyadmin is in there

go to their page it lists all the things that come with it

there is lots of things so the package is about 40MB or something
