Lol, I push the link but it does nothing and is linked to tp_install.php I have rc 2, what does "restart your forum" mean?

More of a symbolic button that should take you to your forum start page, some times it does, and some times it dont, so in in that retarded group of yours   

So do you mean that you dont have a forum or portal showing up at all now after the install?

Thats because Tp V.095 and SMF 1.1rc2 were not built to work to gether.
If you want to use TP V.095, you have to upgrade your SMF to 1.1rc3

Can you tell step by step what you are doing ?, what package you use and if you have aclean install of 1.1rc3 ? or do you have other things installed there to ?

I just upgraded from rc2 to rc3. I did a manual upload of tp 0.95 beta. I try install and it says it worked. It says I need to restart my forum, how do I do that?

Hm, I think you jump over the most important part when you install TP the manuall way..

You have

1. Upgraded to 1.1rc3 from 1.1rc2
2. manually uploaded all the TP files from the manual install package
3. Pointed your browser to the manual_tp_install.php

Is that correct or have i missed some thing ?

That is what I have done yes.
Look try the links posted above,won't work.
Also TP is not in the smf pakages.

You HAVE missed out on the biggest part, you have to MANUALLY add in code to some files to
