Please, please, please add an option to disable the editor in articles. Right under "use intro" [yes/ no], there should be a "use editor" [yes / no] option.

For the love of GOD I'm am going nuts trying to create articles here at this site. The freaking editor keeps changing my code and screwing it up. I hate editors...

A cup of tea, and perhaps a biscuit is needed here  :D

For the coding skilled people i think it might be  good idea, even if you want to copy and past text or code already made it is kind of frustrating to have that pop up and change things in it

Xarcell

I got so frustrated with it I had to stop, lol...

:P

Another possibility would be to add the option to users' profiles. That way, those who don't want to use editors wouldn't have to select it every time they write an article.

Xarcell

I'll use the editor, just not when I'm trying to add code.

Xarcell

It's a good idea though.

admin select default editor used.

user's can select overriding type of editor used, or no editor.

Xarcell

I also noticed you can't add anchor links in an article when using the editor.
