Please explain this one to me ......

On my board we have a smilie that has/had the alt/tooltip text ofÃ,  "For Baron". With RC2 all was OK, but with the security update to RC2-2 or with RC3 any smilie with alt/tooltip text ofÃ,  "For Baron" will display the following after the image;

Quote" border="0" />

Which image doesn't matter, it is the alt/tooltip text that causes the problem.
