downloads manager problems issues w/TP0.9.5, Helios Multi, SMF1.1.3

1)  Whenever I upload or download files I get this screen that says I've exceed 30 seconds.

2) Whenever I click on the file repository at the bottom of the page my computer just goes to zinging along.  It's not locked up...it eventually finishes some kind of loop and returns a screen full of  |array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array
         |array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array
         |array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array|array

   I don't mean 3 lines of this... I mean the screen and when I scroll the screen I've got even more.

3) When I try to use the upload utility in the DLManager and click on send it just runs and runs.  I have gotten files up, but I just moved onto something else and it appears the file had been uploaded.

I'm talking about 80-800KB file sizes, not any 8MB stuff.

You have the answer there.
The theme is not up to daye with the SMF and TP version.
You have to update the Helios with the file Bloc provided.
Aslso, did you install TP to your forum with Helios set as default ?

Download the manual install package and upload the files manually and overwrite the old ones, All this with the forum set to SMF default theme, no other theme will be good.
Then point your browser to manual_tp_install.php and check if the errors are gone

I'm sorry, but we're still not connected.

I download the TP 0.9.5 files only, I then FTP/copied all the files to the site.

The Helios was set as the default prior to this upload.

I pointed and ran  manual_tp_install.php.  I got no error messages.

The DLmanager is still doing what it did and when I run the versions check again I got the same screen of information.

Maybe I should remove the theme and Tp and start over?

Maybe you could post links directly to the files I need, with a few words on what to do with each.  This might be the answer, since I must not be getting the right files or following instructions well enough.

It's done... I uninstalled the  TP then deleted it.  I deleted the Helios-Multi theme.

I then went to the filemanager on the server.  All the folders and files are still in place, along with the MySql data.

I'm guessing delete doesn't mean delete, it means not configured with the SMF.

I notice the 1.1 RC2 and 1.1 RC3 actually use two different themes as the default.  The 1.1 RC3 is not using the default as the theme, it's the Babylon.  In applying the information above should I set the theme to Babylon or Default.  I know it maybe like splitting hairs, but I spent two days the recently trying to implement the TP.  I just want it to go well this time.

1.1rc3 will use the default Core if you made the upgrade from the default theme.
only time it can change the theme to use babylon instead is if you have upgraded to 1.1rc3 from SMF 1.0.7 or SMF 1.0.8

That's what I did.  I used the Fantastico to install the 1.0.8 and then I upgraded to 1.1 RC3.  THe default theme in place after the upgrade was the Babylon.

So, you're saying I should install the theme named "default".  Then install the TP 0.9.5 thru the package manager...then I change my theme if I want to the "Classic YABBE" for ver 1.1 RC3  Crip recently converted.

No, i just aid that the Babylon theme are set as default theme if you upgrade to the 1.1rc series of SMF.
And now when the upgrade is done, Set the forum to the 1.1rc3 (Core) default theme before you proceed with any install of mods or themes or what ever you want to have there.
