Can JavaScripts be done in artcles, I have some blocks that are Javascripts that I want to make articles instead but the Javascript does not show, am I missing something

Not in an article, but you can create a html/scriptblock to show in the center of your forum

That is what I have not but I was hoping to did it with articles, thanks for the answer

You can put javascript/html into an article. The way I like to do it is to create the file in an html file and then include it with PHP.

include('/path/to/the/file.html');

Ichbin thanks that worked, Can a scroll bar be made for an article for those with low resolution settings

That probably depends on your content. You should be able to put everything in a div and set the scrolling option.
