I'm using SMF RC3 and 9.5 on a fresh install and after I install TP and hit the "Click here to restart your forum" link I get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tp_loadtheme() in public_html/forums/Sources/Load.php on line 1110

I opened Load.php in dreamweaver and found that line 1110 is
$newtheme=TP_loadTheme();

I've searched the forums and 2-3 other people had similar issues w/ this line number was slightly different.. I'm using the default SMF theme so I know its not an issues there.  I've also tried taking out the 4 line piece of TP code so that I could atleast get to the forums but then I get a Template Parse Error. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a fresh install you can copy the files to your installation from this post.

Tried that, still same error.  I've tried both the package managager and manual installs but no luck.  I might just go back to RC2 and try it there.

You replaced the files with those in that post? If so, you've got more wrong than that little error.

I wish I could see how/where.  It was to a clean directory, new sql database and no mods/themes. Right after I finished the SMF install, I went right to package manager and installed the TP. When that didn't work, I downloaded the entire forums and went through each as if I was manually installing it checking the code. Everything seemed right, even the capital/lowercase letters. Still no luck.

I'm going to erase everything and retry, who knows maybe it is 3rd time to charm.

Could be that some file didnt get extracted or uploaded correct so it give you zerobyte files/file

It seems like today is not my day. So it finally uploaded and installed fine, or so I thought.  I'm posting linlks to pictures to show what I'm talkin about. In the one shot of the admin screen, there is no text/links in the TP admin area, and there are 2 screenshots of the frontpage that show what looks like text is missing.  I'm hoping its not my webhost being screwy again having server HD issues.
I'm going to attempt to re-upload the files manually and see if it persists.

EDIT: Yea it was my host having ftp issues. I just got in touch with them about it and they said their server was randomly deleting files incoming from ftp.  Sorry to have wasted your guys time.

Very weird. I've never heard of that before. I'm glad its all working for you now. Have fun with the best Portal on the net. :)

When it comes to web hosting... there are always new things to hear!!!

Thats just the excuse they gave.  They used to be an awesome host but with their popularity and expansion, their service has been goin down the toilet.  I still have  6 months left w/ them, possibly less if I keep having issues.
