How can i install the german paket?

I assume you have downloaded the German language pack for TP. It contains some files you just need to upload inside your default theme directory.

In case you are talking about TP 0.9.5, i believe there isn't a German translation ready YET. Check out this:

but it dont work...

Have you installed the German language pack for SMF? What version of TP do you have installed?

yes, all german files are installed.
and its working very well

forum/themes/default/languages/ here you put the language files to gether with the english ones
