Not Implemented?

I am using 0.9.5 with RC3 and well when I try to use the link manager it says that it is not implemented??? 

Btw is there any demo or link to what the link manager is like?

No. It will not be implemented for some time yet.

Hmm... well I was first thinking of using the current Links mod for SMF.. but I dont know if this will be better... would it be possible to take links across?

I highly doubt it. Bloc isn't making TP so that it can convert other mods.
