Just installed Tiny Portal

I am now running 1.1 with TP and it works very well. 

I was previously using Mambo but for some reason I am an idiot and I couldn't get Mambo to cooperate with me.  TP is so extremely easy to understand.

Me as well. Couldnt get my head round Mambo at all. TP is much better in my opinion. Had it a week and haven't managed to break it yet. Seems pretty stable already. I've tried loads of stuff with it, and no problems I couldnt easily figure out. Must admit, I'm going to put 0.7.2 onto my public site once it's released. All thats missing for me is the front page option.

I am pretty sure we would be much closer to the TP release if those
crazy people at SMF had not released SMF 1.1 RC1 !!

The way it changes the root of SMF must be requiring a whole lotta rework for Bloc.

I'm going to stick with SMF1.1B3 for a while yet. Then do the upgrade once both TP and SMF are fully working together. I guess its just a case of being patient, as its a big job Bloc has taken on, and things dont just happen overnight.

Well, everything he has done so far has been sweet.  I just installed the mercury theme and it totally fits the look i was looking for.
