NEW installed TP not working !!???

i installed it, uploaded all the files but this error comes out..

i think all the tp files are there.. i checked it several times
the ''TPortalBlocks.template.php'' file is there
i installed it on the ''Package Manager''

What mods do you have? They may be conflicting with TP

What version did you install, into what version of SMF?

Have a look using FTP to see if the file is there, and the file size. Sometimes you'll get a file size of 0Kb. Simply overwrite with the one from your zip package.
