Out of curiosity... Gallery, Mods. SMF?

I've done some reading on SMF's site, and I figured I'd check here too.  I'd love to find a hack that would allow little mini galleries in user's profiles.  I've seen things like this on car forums where you can post a few images of your ride.  I think it inspires a bit of community that isn't available. 

I run coppermine now to fill the void, but it would be great to have it right there in the user's profile? 

What do you think? Have you seen anything like this out there?

There will be a Gallery as part of TP. It's in the roadmap for V1.0. It may not do exactly what you want though.

Hi!  Thanks for the info. I'm not hard set on a particular location.  The main thing is I think the profile feature is under utilized on my forum.  I like what social networking scripts do, and I'd like to see some of that on my forum, but not to the extent.  It would be so cool if there was room for a 2 paragraph bio, and 5 or 6 pictures.  My forum's an art forum, so they would be showing examples of their work. 

The trip over to coppermine from SMF is a little disjointed, maybe some how a link to each users personal gallery in their profile would be useful in the meantime. 

What's the tinyportal gallery going to be like?  Is it a site gallery or something related to each user?  Will public uploads be allowed?

Custom Profile Fields / Extended Profiles will be a SMF feature after 1.1.

Just a cool idea.    Thanks for the get back.  I guess in the end i'm just searching for a little more interactivity with in the profile section, away to allow users to learn more about each other with out having to leave the forum and go to the member's home pages...

That would be more of a SMF thing then TP i guwss
Browse to SMF and their mods section and make a request for what you want. Maybe there already are some thing similar you can add, i have seen a lot of diffrent profile addons in their modsection
