RSS feed of the news

Hi

My site (GBATMW.net) uses tinyportal to display threads being posted in the "News" forum. Is it possible to have an RSS feed of that? The SMF Default one seems to be of every post made in the forum, which is next to useless.

Do you mean some sort of your own RSS feed from your forum and posts made in your forum

Not quite.

I mean an rss feed that only contains the news, as it appears on the front page of http://gbatmw.net. That would allow people to check only the forum news (not just the posts) and also allow us to use a script to condense it into a newsletter...

Im not sure that is possible, there is no such thing in TP V.086 nor TP V.095 though.
Dont know if there is some sort of external script you can use to create an RSS feed with and then use in a block or similar.

I'm not sure you could get the "news" from admin section via RSS. But you could get news from a certain board for sure. Just depends on how you want to do it.
