wanna to change Shout Box

I want to change shout box like the picture below.How can i do this?

Admin/TinyPortal/Settings/Blocks/Shoutbox

Set it to NO scroll and it will get the scroll bar instead of the auto scroll

it's ok but i just want to say how can i change my scroll bar like the first attach.this attach my original shout box.

That scroll bar will allways be shown dependin on the height of the shoutbox block.

Try Changin the "Height of shoutbox in pixels" in Your Shoutbox Settings, might get rid of it.

Edit: different scrollbars show depenin on the xp theme your using.

And the width of the block helps too..Also redusing the number of Shouts being shown

Yes, exactly, two diffrent browsers, you cant get your shoutbox look like that with Internet Explorer (maybe if you change theme on your browser) but install Firefox and you will have the other layout

When I click on the edit shoutbox link in admin > blocks, I don't see any option to set scroll on or off. Where do I change this setting?
