Need Banner Help

I have been putting banners on my static page using the extra button feature. I have put 4 banners on with no problem. However, the fifth is not working. This one does not have me write the html code in the button box. Im suppose to save it, add affiliate ID to code, then post. I enter the ID no problem and save the new html code. Now I put the code in the button html code and all I get is white box. Where do I put the picture or files so it works? Image and language file not work when put there. Any suggestions?

I think you're better off asking the person who made the Static page mod? Doesn't seem like a TP issue to me. But I could be wrong.
