Do you have any other mods installed? If you do, the code TP is trying to modify for itself , is perhaps slightly changed. And then it will "fail".

I think you have these on your local machine. If not, download the SMF ver. you are using, extract and I think you will find what you are looking for.

To clarify: Tiny Portal does not install very well on a forum with mods installed.

Please tell us which TP you are trying to install on which SMF version.

I think the googlebot mod may create problems..I seem to recall it changes something over the forum, and thats where TinyPortal also change things. If you installed that AFTER TinyPortal, at least TinyPortal will work I assume.

Yes, I installed TP first, and then the googlebot mod. SMF v1.0.5

You cannot get the latest release without being invited to that group. You can however, get the 6.5 release for 1.1 beta3.
