That is something you need to contact your host about, It seems like your space is full on the host you have.

Contact them about how you can solve it

Okay or maybe I can remove some files myself.

I just checked and it seems I am not the only one having this problem.  So I think it is a problem with the server right now and I just need to wait it out as they fixed it.  Thanks for the help.  At least it isn't something I did which always frightens me because I certainly wouldn't know how to fixed it.
