ILEAD popup

Hi everybody. Im back with a very nice question.

I've done nothing.......no direct changes made in any part of the forum. But still I have to deal with that nasty popup from ILEAD. I can't track it either.

Is there a way to search for popup-codes in the WHOLE FORUM?
It only shows when I open the mainpage. For example:
http://www.formule1forum.eu

I hope somebody can help me. With this 'bug' I can't open it at work anymore. Thats one reason I don't like it.

i dont get a popup at all

so it could be something u installed on ur computer which has inegrated itself with the browser to give u a popup

Same here. No popup. Best do a full scan for adware/spyware.

a load of software comes "wrapped" with adware now......you have to aggree to install the adware before you can install the program , same with free style xp themes you have to install "free domain .net " ads and "when U save" before you can open the rar/zip archive , might want to search for rootkits aswell....

clicked around yor site for a bit... there isnt any ads or popups.

i think you might have adware or spyware on your pc!

Most likly on your local machine, Clear out your cash and cookie files, download Spybot search and destroy
http://www.spybot.info/ and run the program.

Thank you all for the information you gave me. I will try solving it by screening my local machine. If that doens't work, I will have to think of something else.

By the way, is there nobody here who got the ILEAD popup by entering my site?

Okay, thank you too. Strange. I've installed Hitman Pro 2 some time ago and did not find any problems last week.

I will try do download Spybot itself.

Webstats is causing these pop up ads, it's since they have a new owner.
I removed them from all my sites because of this.

If you want to keep this stats and get no ads you must fill in the not wanted ip's in your 'hosts' file (on your computer)
