Nothing happens after installing

I have SMF version 1.1 RC 2 and the installation of tiny portal worked fine through the package manager, and then a banner appeared on the top of my forum that tells me thanks for installing tiny portal and you need to restart your forum to see changes, I clicked the restart link, it refreshed but nothing have changed, What should I do then?

Do you have a link to your site for us to view for our self ?

There might be that some files didnt get uploaded correct through the package manager, so a way to fix it is for you to download the manual install package, extract the files on you local computer, and then upload and overwrite the files through FTP.

I tried uploading the files in the manual package to the same folder as SMF, then run manual_tp_install.php
I got that:
Install / Upgrade TinyPortal v0.8.6beta
Upshrink table exists
Settings table exists
Reset theme changer
Updated version to 086
Blocks table exists
Variables table exists
Articles table exists
Dlmanager table exists
TinyPortalÂÃ,´s table structure is now installed/updated.
Your default language seem to be arabic. TinyPortal has a increasing number of prepared language files.
Go here to find your language.

Ooops, sorry guys, I was trying to install a left to right theme, to display English correctly.

Anyway I have some problems removing Mkportal now, Yes I admit it I was trying to install another portal
