You can do a search for this "images/divider.gif!" or "failed to open stream"
And you will get several hits on this very issue, read the threads and you will get your answer

All I find is the same thing I posted.  Wouldn't it be much simpler to post an answer?  I never have any luck with search, that's why I ask.

Have over 10 threads with the answer already doesent make me feel to write it all down in an 11th one.
Please look in the forum and read through the posts.

You have to look at the permissions to the files TP needs to change, but search and read the threads to get the whole picture on how to solve it a sthe posting guide for the forum say

I did, but you are to lazy to do something to get what you want, even if the posting guide say you have to search.
A simple search on the words i gave had given you the answer.
But instead you come up and say you dont get support.....

Read the posting guide, follow the guide, read the support given on this issue over 100 times here.
