A football pool script?

I dont know wht a football pool is or else I could try and search around for you

G6Cad

Seems like it is a football online play script  ???

Found a lot for windows ASP, but this seem to be something though
http://scripts.filehungry.com/product/programs_and_scripts/games_and_entertainment/football_pool

Yeah I saw that one and downloaded, but couldnt figure out how to install it. all the files ended in .ASP I dont know if that means anything or not. but when I would go to the URL I uploaded the file into I would just get a page of code.

G6Cad

ASP is a format used for windows based servers only, you need a format that you can put in an article or in a block i think. PHP. HTML, JavaScript
ASP is a format that SMF or TP cant read,

Wartog

Well I found a really good Football Pool Script but not sure how to work it in a TP block so I just added it as link on my forums. Its a really nice script and its free.

Heres the file its real easy to install and config, maybe one of you guys or gals can find a way to add into a theme or a block.

I think that if you follow the guide on how to integrate FlashChat, but you change the names "flashchat" to "footballpool" or something in the code you will end up pretty close to an integration of this.
It seem to be just like flashchat with it's own adminpanel and "part" of the web.

The hard part will be to get the membergroups to work in there with no bridge to SMF or TP

Wartog

you have any idea how i would get the members to work lol the integration worked fine tho.

G6Cad

I have no idea, but the first place i would have looked in is the bridge files for flashchat.
Look at the code and see what it does and how it is named, perhaps it's not all that hard to do  ???

Or IchBin my little codemonkey perhaps know a way, Bloc probably can to, but he is a bit crowded with work as is.
But look at the bridge file and see what code it uses and how it is setup and what i do, maby you find out your self :)
