Number instead of Topic Name

Hello,
I asked this question at SMF and they said to ask here.

I am having a problem with my forum. When users reply to a topic a number shows up instead of the topic title (ie:instead of saying Re:welcome it says Re:40). I'm assuming the number is the post number. It happened sometime overnight. The only mod I have installed recently is the site links mod but I installed that about a week ago and it worked fine until last night. I just looked at the error log and it has tons of errors in it from today.

Here is the error that appears most often.
8: Undefined index: Around the USA
File: /home/www/aroundtheusa.webpal.info/Themes/default/languages/TPortal.english.php (eval?)

Here are the mods I have installed:

It's in the forum when users reply.

also whats this --> Line Numbers Mod   1.0

It is a mod that numbers lines in code when posting in the forum.

try uninstalling the number line mod and then see if its all ok

because i have all the mods u have on my forum EXCEPT the number lines one, and i dont have any errors like that at all

so thats why i strongly suspect its that mod causing it

I uninstalled the line numbers mod and am still having the same problem.

I think I might have found the culprit. I just remembered I installed the thank you mod  but it doesn't show up in the installed mods list.

oooh... it might be worthwhile downloading it, and going through the .xml and seeing if it made any changes to your files.
