Blocks Again

These things are driving me crazy. I have read the documentation, and I'm still have problems, as Admin all the blocks show, as guest they show, as global mod 1 shows, as Staff member same as moderator, none show. i have been through the permissions a dozen times.

What am i missing?

Go in and edit your articles again and you will see some cat boxes you can check for what groups you want them to be visible for

Ok my bad, I just needed sleep and a rethink. I have now.

Want to explain what you did?  I can't get them to show in a block at all.  I assign catagories, but nothing shows in the block.
