Hey,

I tryed to install the Mod. I downloaded it from this Website (the tar.gz package) and uploaded this tar.gz package to the Forum. After that, I tried to install it, but on the Main-Page there was nothing, only the Menu and so on, but not the Boards. Then I unpacked the tar.gz package and re-packed it to a zip package and uploaded this. I installed it and just see a white page "everywhere" in the Forum.

What's the problem and how can I install the Mod with "SMF 1.1 Beta 3" and the "Cerberus"-Theme by "Bloc" I think?

Just to make sure of a few things, did you download the Tinyportal 1.1 bet3 version? What theme using on your forum? TinyPortal by default installs to the default theme. You'll need to add some TinyPortal themes to your board for it to work with those themes. You may want to start over if you're seeing blank pages now.

Yes, I think I downloaded the right Version, and I used the Standard "Cerberus"-Theme by Bloc, I think. I recognised to late that it is the wrong Version.

I deinstalled the Forum (deleted the database-entries, deleted the files) and now I want to install the Forum again, I think.

How should I install "TinyPortal" then?

Through "package manager" in admin section. It will unpack itself, make the changes and create datatables.

Ok, I installed it.

But now most of the Text in the Portal is missing (see *******(edited)).

What's that?

You need german(?) TP language files. Or copy the english ones and rename those copies to xxxx.german.php instead.

Where can I find these Files and where do I have to copy them?

German files are not complete..but you can simply rename you existing langauge files to german..so at least the strings show up in english.

They should be in Themes/default/languages and name TPortal.language.php , TPadmin.language.php and TPmodules.language.php.
