Tinyportal Edits

[PapaLazarou84]

I've tried intalling Tinyportal with noluck due to the edits. Is there anyway anyone could send me the edited files or for tinyportal.co.uk to make these public and part of the download. It would make it so much easier.I really want to install this fantastic mod formy site. Any help is much appreciated!

Did you look with the SMF default theme? The most common mistake is to have a theme that's not TP enabled. There are plenty TP versions of themes in the download section on this site.

Also, did you try installing TP through the package manager?

Is your host running PHP in safe mode so you can' t install packages?

If so, a keen method is to install in your PC an Apache - MySQL - PHP system as XAMPP. Install what you want in your PC then upload the changed files by FTP in your site. This way you can make also a working backup in your PC, do tests with safety etc.
