By the way , this problem is in both of my themes ( default SMF them  , Juno ) You can change to  default smf them in right menu .

Looks like it's the same problem as we've had before, but this time it's inverted ;)

If you have or can get a php editing program you will have find and find & replace functions.

In TPortalBlocks.template.php, you will need to remove all  white-space: nowrap; and find overflow: hidden;   and replace it with overflow: hidden; clip: rect(auto);

Hello adnan, I had a look at your site in the past and it seemed to work without problem.

It seems that you have a narrow central section with MSIE in Home, while Forum works OK. I see in Forum, only with MSIE, some red x image placeholders for image that are rather menu or function gifs. The problem is the same with default theme although it behaves a bit differently. Did you install some mod or made modifications to any file?

I did a registration to be able to shrink blocks and the Recent Topics block is causing the problem of the central section. Do as Burpee suggests in code for Recent Topics in TPortalBlocks.template.php. The image placeholders is something else, maybe some files you put and need directory correction?

P.S. By the way, as you use unicode, put utf8 codepage encoding in index.english.php too  ;)

Special thanks ! I didn't find overflow: hidden;  but I removed white-space: nowrap; in TPortalBlocks.template.php and my problem solved .

Dear agridoc ! thank you for your notice , I   have already put utf8 codepage encoding in index.english.php .
