Installed the TP portal but nothing in the Admin panel

is this the right version of TP Install:TinyPortal0.8.6 for SMF1.0.5, 1.0.6

There is no Divider.gif file there?

If it's not upload it from the TP package. If there is, it's possible that permissions are restricting you from accessing it.

I've got it in place now to test it.
