i want to appear up to 40 shouts.. because it only appear 5

Go into the tinyportal admin under manage blocks. Click on the shoutbox and change the limit. While you are in there take a look around so that you can see what tinyportal has for features. There are many features that are available in the admin panel that you will discover.

Goto The Admin Section,

Manage Blocks > Shoutbox > Limit posts in shoutbox to: Change to 40?
