Simple Poll is a EZ poll.. zip has a README.txt inclued...

Mostly upload the all the zip to your server, give the files premissions..in readme file..

that is simple and quick......only thing is, you cant view the results except once after voting..........you go back and the questions show, not the results.

nope, your right..thats the way it is..maybe I can come up with a way to view results aswell..will see.
